Returns & Refunds:
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how our returns process works.
Return Window :
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
This excludes:
- Jewellery and hair accessories
- Adhesive items including tape, silicone and fabric nipple covers, adhesive cups and bras.
- For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (including bras and underwear) is not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
What can be returned if Bra doesn't fit?
Bras that have not been worn or washed, that have no marks and with all original tags/labels/packaging and seals/hygiene protection stickers attached can be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. if they do not fit properly.
How to Request a Return:
Contact us at opensesame1001.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and provide return instructions.
Refund Processing :
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Promotional Purchases :
If you purchased items as part of a multi-item promotion (e.g. Buy 1 Get 2nd for $15), and you return only one item, your refund will reflect the adjusted price. The remaining item will be repriced at its full retail value, and the refund amount will be the difference.
Example: You paid $55 for 2 bras. You return 1. The kept bra is $39.97 full price, so your refund is $15.03.
Sale Items Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return unless faulty.
Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
